Justice Horn is the newest, self-ordained, savior for Jackson County but do you know the real facts?

Well first of all, if he hasn’t already told you a million times, he is gay. He leads every conversation with that. No one knows why that is always relevant, but Justice wants you to know. Again and again.

Horn graduated from Blue Springs where he was a mediocre football player and wrestler. He went to Northern State University to wrestle and dropped out of college. Never receiving his degree and leaving his team shorthanded. He returned to Missouri as a failure.

He blamed his leaving college on his boyfriend.

Horn had consensual sex with a man while in college and one night after a date, he and his gay lover were drunk and had consensual sex again. A week later, Horn texted his boyfriend and said he didn’t like the sex and now said he was raped by him? 

This 285 pound, 6 foot tall, NCAA college wrestler said another man raped him and he couldn’t get away? This was not a man overpowering a smaller woman. This is a larger man saying a smaller man raped him. This became Justice Horn’s first taste of being a victim and he loved it. He was failing in school and as a wrestler but now he had something to blame to leave college.

After failing in South Dakota and his new found “victim” role, he enrolled at UMKC. In the article, Horn said: “I want to finish my four years of college, and that will be in about a year here at UKMC. Then I want to join the Navy and do that for a few years. Then I plan to go to law school either here in Kansas City or somewhere else.”

Those were lies. Horn never applied or was not accepted to the Naval Academy and Horn never applied or was never accepted to any law school anywhere.

Justice Horn is a liar.

Justice Horn then tried to run for office for the Jackson County Legislature and was overwhelming defeated by Manny Abarca in Democratic primary for Jackson County Legislature, District 1. On August 2, 2022, 18,679 votes were cast and Horn was only able to get 5,246 votes (only 28%). What a humiliating defeat.

Justice Horn is a loser.

Horn then ran for Student Body President of UMKC but instead of serving the full term, he resigned before the end of his term in October 2025 leaving the Student Government scrambling. One student said, “I think it’s interesting that he stepped down before the Senate could bring forth the Articles of Impeachment, was this a move to save face and/or Horn’s prospective political career?”

Justice Horn is a quitter. 

Meanwhile Justice Horn was part of disgraced County Executive Frank White’s administration serving on the plan commission where he helped implement Frank White’s policy of screwing with taxpayers. Frank White is Justice Horn’s friend and political mentor

Justice Horn is corrupt.

In October, after his friend Frank White was recalled, Justice Horn applied to take his friend’s old job and become the Interim County Executive. He provided his resume that has no job experience at all. Of the nine legislators who had the opportunity to vote, Horn did not receive one vote at all.

Justice Horn is a loser again.

In December, Justice Horn’s position with the planning commission expired. He had been appointed by Frank White. County Executive Phil LeVota appointed Bo Moreno, a well respected member of organized labor with amazing qualifications to the position. Horn never stated he wanted to stay on and he cried foul and says he was targeted. Again the victim role.

Justice Horn is a whiner.

Justice Horn has never had a job. Let’s repeat this, Justice Horn has never had a job. He uses his new boyfriend to pay the bills as he works on social media and harasses people on their doorstep.

Now Justice Horn has now moved to Blue Springs (2403 NW 8th) but the property is not in his name but in the name of Tsean Chou? What is that deal? Justice doesn’t pay property taxes or income tax?

Justice now plans to run for the Jackson County Legislature AGAIN after already losing. He figures he will do better from the new address but it is still a county-wide seat? Polls already show he will be easily defeated by several potential candidates. As of this date, he has a whopping $700 on hand after already spending $1,900 of his funds as of this date. Maybe his boyfriend will pay for even more freebies for him. (Where is Crissy Dastrup? Did he fire her?)

Now he is harassing voters almost daily by knocking on their doors. Forcing someone to have to communicate with you in person is not a way to win voters. He, of course, plays the race card when people just don’t want to waste their time on uninvited people at their door.
